Terms of use

You get a workspace + every feature listed on our home page. You agree to use it for lawful campaign + marketing work. We agree to keep it up, keep your data safe (see privacy), and not surprise-charge you.

Don't use Kampana to:

• Generate content that's illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that targets minors.
• Spam or fish (mass-mail emails not opted in, scrape personal data, impersonate brands).
• Bypass our rate limits, exfiltrate other workspaces' data, or attempt to deanonymize other users.
• Train competing AI systems on outputs generated here.

Violations may result in immediate suspension. We'll email the workspace owner with the reason.

You own what you put in (uploads, prompts) and what comes out (AI-generated copy, images, videos). We hold a limited licence to store + process it for the express purpose of running your campaigns.

You're responsible for the rights you assert when you upload an asset and the channels you publish to. The DAM's rights-tracking module (asset licence, expires-on, cleared channels) helps you stay clean - but it's a tool, not a guarantee.

AI outputs are generated by third-party model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and inherit their quirks. You're expected to review every output before publishing - Kampana doesn't certify accuracy.

Until Stripe is wired (in progress), all workspaces run on a complimentary credit balance. When billing launches, we'll email every active workspace owner before any charge with the new pricing + plan options + an opt-out window.

You can close your account or delete a workspace any time (see privacy for the deletion flow). We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms, with notice except for ongoing abuse where immediate action is needed.

Service is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability for a paid plan is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months.

We'll email workspace owners at least 30 days before any material change. Latest version is always at /terms.
